What are renders and how are they counted?

A render is counted each time you generate a PDF or PNG through our API. Preview renders in the template editor don't count toward your limit.

Does PDF Noodle have a free plan?

We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. You can build your first template for free before starting the trial.

If I'm not happy with the product, can I have my money back?

Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us and we'll refund you. No questions asked.

How long does it take to generate a document?

Most PDFs render in under 2 seconds. Complex documents may take slightly longer, but we're built for speed at any scale.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We'll notify you before you hit your limit. You can upgrade anytime, or we'll pause rendering until your next cycle. No surprise charges.

Can I use HTML/CSS or just the visual builder?

Both. Use our drag-and-drop builder, write raw HTML/CSS, or mix them. You choose the level of control.

Do you support complex layouts like dynamic tables and page breaks?
